The Steril-Aire® SteriWand™ is a handheld, portable UVC Emitter™ designed for easy decontamination of surfaces infested with mold, bacteria or viruses. To operate, pass the Emitter closely over the contaminated surface so the energy from the UVC can decontaminate the surface. The device contains an aluminium safety shield to protect the operator from exposure to UVC energy while also adding reflectance that increases the light’s effectiveness.

The Steril-Aire® Unitary Kit is designed specifically for use with small coils up to 15” H x 26” W. The kit includes a multi-patented UVC Emitter™ that provides the most economical and longest lasting ultraviolet C performance to remove or reduce mold, bacteria and viruses. The Unitary Kit has been tested to deliver an average of 2.5 times the output of other UV devices under HVAC operating conditions (50 °F @ 400 fpm air velocity).

Emitters should be installed perpendicular to the cooling coil, producing high output UVC energy to eliminate biofilm and reducing or eliminating airborne microbial contaminants. The small size power supply offers installation flexibility close to the face of the coil for continuous coil cleaning and optimum air quality.
Components can be selected based on the voltage, UVC Emitter length and a mounting solution. The UVC Kit offers installation flexibility with two voltage options and six mounting options. The voltage options include 120V or 230V. The mounting options include: Short Hooks (2), Spring Clips Mounting Kit, Flat Plate Lamp Holder (for metal housing), Flat Plate Lamp Holder (for plastic housing), Insert Lamp Holder, 16” U Bracket. The UVC Kit for Unitary Air Handlers is available in five Emitter lengths: 7.5”, 10”, 16”, 20”, 24”.

Very High Output Germicidal Light Source for Fan Coils and Other Room Units
The Fan Coil UVC Kit packages Steril-Aire®’s proven technology into a convenient kit designed specially for fan coils, packaged split systems and similar room unit systems. The multi-patented UCV Emitter™ kills or reduces surface and airborne microorganisms that contribute to poor indoor air quality and/or the spread of infectious disease. It has been independently tested to deliver an average of 5x the output of other ultraviolet devices under HVAC operating conditions (45 °F @ 550 fpm air velocity). Steril-Air’s increased output provides the most reliable germicidal performance and the longest service life.
