Purafil^® OnGuard^® 3000 (OG3) Corrosion Monitor

The Purafil OnGuard 3000 (OG3) provides real-time measurements of the overall reactivity level of Airborne Molecular Contaminants (AMC) present in the local environment as well as temperature and relative humidity. This data can either be logged by an internal data logger or can be transmitted directly to the building management system via a 4-20 mA output signal. Reactivity monitoring is an accurate and reliable method of evaluating the quality of ventilation and recirculation air, characterizing the room environment, and evaluating the effectiveness of chemical filters.

Air Quality Detection System

The Camfil Gigacheck™ is an analytical system to selectively measure gaseous airborne molecular contaminants (AMC) in cleanrooms and accompanying air handling systems used for microelectronics and integrated circuit manufacture. This monitor selectively measures gaseous contaminants without the need for specialist technicians, tools or other equipment.

Purafil^® Select CP Blend Media

Purafil^® Select CP Blend Media consists of an equal mix (by volume) of Purafil^® Select Chemisorbant Media and Purakol^® activated carbon media. The Purafil^® Select Chemisorbant Media contains a combination of powdered activated alumina and other binders, suitably impregnated with potassium permanganate to provide optimum adsorption, absorption and oxidation of a wide variety of gaseous contaminants. The Purakol^® Media consists of activated carbon for the control of hydrocarbons with a high surface area available for adsorption.

UV Resources Direct Fit Lamps

High-Quality UV-C Replacement Lamps

UV Resources replacement UV-C lamps are designed to work with UV fixtures from major brands like Philips, OSRAM Sylvania and GE.

Fused quartz and soft glass lamps are available. Both produce their greatest output at 253.7 nm. Quartz lamps provide slightly higher UV output and are better for airborne disinfection applications. They are doped to block ozone production. Soft glass lamps are made from sodium-barium silicate which makes them suitable for automated manufacturing. Their UV output is slightly lower and they do not produce ozone.

The Unitary Kit has been tested to deliver an average of 2.5 times the output of other UV devices under HVAC operating conditions (50 °F @ 400 fpm air velocity).

Enhanced Single-Ended, Very High Output Germicidal UVC for HVAC Systems

Steril-Aire^®’s enhanced, single-ended (ESE Series) UVC Emitter is a very high output germicidal UVC for HVAC systems. It has a service life of more than 12 months with 3x greater output than competitive devices. ESE Series fixtures are used for new and retrofit fan coils, heat pumps, unit ventilators, terminal units and ductwork. They are installed from the exterior of the AHU and provide easy installation. The Emitter penetrates into the system, while the power supply remains external. Enhanced SE Emitters are available in eight lengths (16”, 20”, 24”, 30” 36”, 42", 50" and 61”) with auniversal 120-277 V power supply.
